Have you ever felt the thrill of spending time with your coworkers outside of work? Picture it: shared laughter, a bit of friendly competition, and moments that make you see your colleagues in a whole new light. For me, there\u2019s nothing quite like it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I\u2019m Ainun Rachmawati, the People Experience Manager at 24Slides Indonesia, and I can tell you firsthand that work can be so much more than completing daily tasks. Let me explain myself a little more. <\/p>\n\n\n\n


<\/p>\n\n\n\n

24Slides\u2019 Experience Programs<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

I have always believed that building meaningful connections among colleagues can transform how we feel about our jobs, making the experience richer and more rewarding<\/strong>. At 24Slides, we\u2019re not just about getting the work done; we\u2019re about creating a workplace that people genuinely enjoy being a part of.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

That\u2019s where our experience programs come in. We at People Sucess designed these programs to be more than just “company perks”; they\u2019re opportunities for employees to unwind, connect, and grow together. Some of our favorites are 24Office Snack<\/a>, where everyone can gather over some treats, 24PlayDay, a day dedicated to fun group activities, and, perhaps, the one closest to my heart, 24Club<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

As a People Experience Manager (PEX) at 24Slides, my main focus is on employee retention. I take a detail-oriented approach, crafting and executing concepts with precision. From the overall framework to the smallest details, I oversee every step of the programs I manage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For 24Club, I took on the role of concept creator and executor, supported by “eventers<\/strong>“\u201424Sliders who actively participate in office events and helped with preparation and fieldwork on the event day. I was also fortunate to work alongside two amazing PEX interns who contributed tirelessly every step of the way. This part truly makes me feel like I\u2019m working with the best team, yielding results filled with a sense of gratitude and fulfillment, all born from an exceptional work atmosphere.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Last, but not least, I also took on the role of overseer during the event<\/strong>. I thoroughly enjoyed seeing everyone laugh freely, cheer loudly, support one another, and compete passionately for their team\u2019s victory. The exhaustion they felt after giving their all in every tournament category was evident. This tournament was designed to be a platform where emotions could be expressed healthily and freely. I believe I achieved my goal because we all need a space to channel our emotions positively.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

24Club: Why is so important for our team bonding? <\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The idea behind 24Club came from a simple goal:<\/strong> to keep our team active and build connections outside the office<\/strong>. In order to make sure everyone could find something they\u2019d love, we split 24Club into two parts: 24Club Experience and 24Club Sport.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With 24Club Experience<\/strong>, employees get to try different sports and activities, often for the first time. There\u2019s a wide range to explore, from pilates and archery to muaythai, gym sessions, wall climbing, swimming, and tennis. This isn\u2019t just about fitness; it\u2019s about helping people discover activities that resonate with them, which is something I really enjoy seeing\u2014when someone lights up because they find something they love. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Then, there\u2019s 24Club Sport<\/strong>, which emphasizes teamwork. These are team-based sports like badminton, basketball, and soccer. They offer 24Sliders a chance to work together toward a common goal, and in my experience, these moments of collaboration build a unique bond that translates back to the workplace. I love witnessing the way people encourage and motivate each other and how this camaraderie seamlessly translates into collaboration and teamwork.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In 2025, we’re taking the event to new heights by branching into arts, skills, and even more passions of our 24Sliders\u2014think band, e-sports, dance, and so much more. The future is looking incredibly exciting!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n


24Club Tournament: Slytherin vs. Gryffindor<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Last year, we kicked off something truly unforgettable\u2014the 24Club Tournament! The excitement in the office was buzzing from the start. For the first time, we split the event into two stages: Pre-Tournament<\/strong>, packed with fun games to build the hype, and Tournament Day<\/strong>, featuring epic competitions in badminton, basketball, and dodgeball.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We divided participants into two teams: Slytherin and Gryffindor. Slytherin brings cunning and strategy to the table, while Gryffindor represents ambition and courage. And let\u2019s not forget about the supporters! The cheerleaders played an important role in keeping up the energy, something I truly value in these types of events. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the end, the winner of this competition was Team Gryffindor! <\/strong>From this team, I\u2019ve learned that anything can be achieved when working together as a team. Not only that, I also learned from the amazing Team Slytherin that persistence and continuous effort are essential parts of a greater process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It was beautiful to see colleagues cheering each other on, not just as competitors but as friends. As each team worked toward accumulating points, I saw how it strengthened our sense of shared purpose, encouraging everyone to support each other in a new and energetic way.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For me, the true purpose of these events is to relieve stress, enhance communication, and build strong teamwork. These moments together, from the games to the post-tournament celebration, create memories that bond us and remind us why working together matters. It\u2019s a chance to see people at their best, supporting one another, celebrating the little wins, and making work feel like a community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At 24Slides Indonesia, we believe that exercising together goes beyond fitness\u2014it\u2019s about creating a more cohesive and joyful workplace. Seeing our team connect like this is what makes my role as a People Experience Manager so fulfilling. Because who says work can\u2019t be fun?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
