24Slides purpose has always been to empower people in emerging markets. Our office in Indonesia began as a way to give amazing, talented professionals the tools to compete in an international market. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Over the years, our goal to empower people in emerging markets has driven and pushed us to grow, opening a new office in Peru and then expanding our impact by giving back to the communities that surround us through our wide array of socially responsible initiatives\u2014including our local communities in our offices in Ukraine and Denmark.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cEmpowering people in emerging markets\u201d has been our north star for these 10+ years. It has helped us prove to the world and to ourselves that companies can balance purpose with profit and create a positive impact on all. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
But precisely because we were proud of everything we had accomplished, we had to ask ourselves: How can we do even more?<\/p>\n\n\n\n
It\u2019s in 24Slides DNA to be ambitious and bold, and we believe our purpose should reflect that. Through all the good work we\u2019ve done these past years, we realized we had outgrown our original purpose, and that we can do much more if we are just brave enough to aim for more. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
That\u2019s why we\u2019re proud to announce our upgraded purpose: Designing a Better Future<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n <\/p>\n\n\n\n To empower people is still our call and our purpose. However, we believe that we can do much more. This new purpose is an upgrade of our original one, a more inclusive and holistic way to approach our goals of creating a positive impact in the world. <\/p>\n\n\n\n We want to create opportunities both within and beyond the company, focusing on what matters most to us: our People, our Communities, and our Customers. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Empowering our People means giving them the tools and support they need to boost their growth \u2014 making great professionals even greater. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Supporting our Communities means investing in strategic and impactful initiatives, and fostering partnerships that can build on each other to create an even bigger ripple effect. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Finally, empowering our Customers through our services, allowing them to reclaim their time and focus on the things that matter most to them. <\/p>\n\n\n\n We believe that given the opportunities, people are happy to help those in need, and that, slide by slide, we can all together design a better future. Our objective is to serve as an example of how businesses can be a force for good and to enable people to, in turn, do good themselves. <\/p>\n\n\n\n This change is a testament to how much 24Slides has grown, as has our potential and ambitions to create a positive impact in the world.
