At 24Slides, it\u2019s not about the hours\u2013it\u2019s about the impact<\/strong>. Together, we\u2019re designing a better future<\/a>. For this reason, fostering team bonds has been a key part of 24Slides’ DNA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In 2024, our team in Peru organized the first two team-building events focused on recognition and strengthening team cohesion. These events filled us with excitement and open conversations\u2014something essential for continuing to cultivate a supportive workplace for everyone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bringing Departments Together: Customer Support, Marketing, and People Success’ Team Building<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Six years ago, our office in Peru started with four designers, and now there are 40 24Sliders from different departments\u2014and counting!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

For this first team-building activity, we brought together team members from the Customer Support, Marketing, and People Success departments. In total, 11 of our 24 Sliders participated<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The experience took place at Cieneguilla Country Club, about two hours outside the city of Lima. We relaxed a lot that day! We swam, challenged each other in a friendly volleyball tournament, and explored the club\u2019s small zoo<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Along with delicious food, we cherished each other’s company, immersed ourselves in nature, and discovered new insights about ourselves. It was truly an experience we hope to repeat soon!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It\u2019s Time to Have Some Fun: Our Design Department\u2019s Team Building!<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Some time later, our Design Department in Peru also organized its own team-building event.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Like the first event, this second team-building experience took place at a country club\u2014this time at El Bosque. Fifteen designers joined for a fun-filled day featuring pool games, giant chess matches, and a lively volleyball tournament with several prizes<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Undoubtedly, this activity offered a refreshing break from work, and it was a meaningful opportunity to strengthen connections with our colleagues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We wrapped up our last team-building day with an awards ceremony to recognize the Designers who stood out the most in 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
