Following the success of courses like Introduction to Presentation Design <\/em>and Introduction to Customer Support<\/em>, we\u2019re proud to introduce a new addition to our learning path: Intro to AI \u2013 How to Use ChatGPT<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

This course helps beginners use AI tools like ChatGPT ethically and effectively. As a B-Corp company, it marks an exciting evolution in our mission to offer inclusive learning experiences that support personal and professional growth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As a company that supports the UN Sustainable Development Goals, this new learning path promotes more equitable access to emerging technologies, helping learners unlock new career opportunities and improve their employability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

AI tools like ChatGPT are reshaping the way we work, think, and create. But for many, these tools still feel out of reach, too technical, too abstract, or simply intimidating. That\u2019s why this course was built to help bridge the gap so more people can access and benefit from emerging technologies.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Building Responsible AI Skills<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Launched in Indonesia between June 30th and July 14th, 2025<\/strong>, this course guides learners to use ChatGPT with confidence, ethics, and practical know-how.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Delivered in a hybrid format, the course combined flexible self-paced modules with a live 90-minute online session.<\/strong> The self-study modules introduced key concepts such as prompt writing, common use cases, and responsible AI use. This allowed learners to build a strong foundation at their own pace before engaging with the live online session.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The live online session brought these concepts to life through practical demos, real-time Q&A, and open discussions where participants could share concerns, experiences, and insights. By the end of the course, participants gained the knowledge to navigate AI tools like ChatGPT with responsibility and purpose, seeing them as support tools to enhance their work, not replace it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This initiative not only fosters digital literacy and ethical awareness but also empowers individuals to adapt to a rapidly changing world.<\/strong> It\u2019s a meaningful step toward making AI more inclusive and informed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
