As a Certified B Corp, 24Slides continually seeks new ways to create a positive, long-term impact in the communities surrounding us. Whether it’s charity work<\/a>, green awareness campaigns<\/a>, or free, market-relevant courses<\/a>, 24Slides DNA has always been laser-focused on building something beyond just presentations.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In June 2024, a unique opportunity arose to further enhance our impact. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

A little over a year ago, 24Slides entered a pro-bono partnership with SOS Children\u2019s Villages Denmark<\/strong><\/a>, one of the world\u2019s largest organizations dedicated to supporting vulnerable children and strengthening families. What began as a shared belief in the power of communication soon evolved into a partnership founded on purpose, collaboration, and tangible impact.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Now, with almost a year and a half working together, we want to celebrate this amazing partnership that is helping us show how businesses can be a force for good.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Giving Voice to Good Causes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Great impact needs great storytelling. And for organizations like SOS Children\u2019s Villages, clear communication isn\u2019t a nice-to-have\u2014it\u2019s essential.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As Carl Gustav Lorentzen, Head of Partnerships at SOS Children\u2019s Villages Denmark, shared:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cOur work relies heavily on committed partners, whose support is essential to achieving a positive impact for children and young people. 24Slides helps us communicate our work clearly and persuasively, making it easier to engage these partners. Beyond that, the service saves us time and effort, allowing us to focus on tasks and initiatives that directly benefit the children and families we support.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

24Slides had previously offered its presentation design services pro bono to NGOs and charitable organizations worldwide through our annual SlideAid program<\/a>. Whether it\u2019s fundraising, reporting, or sharing progress with stakeholders, 24Slides is happy to put its expertise at the service of great causes and help amplify their impact. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The partnership signed with SOS Children\u2019s Villages Denmark, however, was the very first long-format pro-bono contract, not limited to a specific project or timeline. The work done by such a crucial organization doesn\u2019t stop in just a season, and it was the next logical step in our goal to Design a Better Future, to pledge ourselves to supporting them in making the world a better place\u2014not just for a month, but as an ongoing commitment. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Growing Impact, Together<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

As the partnership developed and SOS Children\u2019s Villages was able to utilize its free subscription model, the program naturally expanded to include <\/strong>SOS Children\u2019s Villages Ukraine <\/strong>as one of the sites of 24Slides’ offices. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

For 24Slides, this evolution wasn\u2019t just about scale; it was about connection. Our purpose has always been to empower people\u2014both our clients and our own teams\u2014through meaningful work. That\u2019s why we pay special attention to the communities surrounding our opera, looking for ways to extend our support where it matters most.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Supporting SOS Children\u2019s Villages Ukraine allowed us to stand behind the incredible people working to protect children affected by war, while also giving our global team a sense of direct contribution to a cause that resonates deeply with us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

But the reach of this partnership was not the only thing that grew\u2014so did our involvement. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Having the privilege of working alongside SOS Children\u2019s Villages and witnessing firsthand the impact they made only motivated us to participate even more actively in supporting their work. Soon, our partnership evolved into not only pro-bono presentation design, but also direct donation to both SOS Children\u2019s Villages Ukraine and Peru, both sites of 24Slides’ offices. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

By linking our existing charity campaigns\u2014such as the Global Challenge<\/a> and Black Week<\/a> initiative\u2014to the partnership, we were able to support the communities surrounding our colleagues even more directly, and in turn, create a bigger ripple effect.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

What started as a pro-bono collaboration grew into a global partnership of empathy and empowerment<\/strong>, reminding us that every design, every project, and every initiative can help build a stronger, more connected world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

One Year of Impact at a Glance<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Through this first year of our partnership with Children\u2019s Villages, 24Slides has provided:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Combining the pro bono presentation design support and direct financial donations, the total impact value generated by this partnership amounts to $13,655.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Beyond the numbers, this figure represents stronger communication for teams on the ground, time saved for those focused on helping children and families, and tangible support for vital projects in Ukraine and Peru. It\u2019s a clear reminder that when creativity and purpose come together, even a single year of collaboration can make a difference.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
