Hello, it’s me again, Himawan from the People Development team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Back <\/em><\/strong>in June 2026, <\/em><\/strong>I initiated a three-part Dungeons & Dragons (D&D) event in collaboration with Soul Shifter Role Play Society.\u00a0This is an initiative proposed by a 24Slider and supported by the company through the Community Fund program.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Let’s talk about exactly what it is and how it encourages employees to seamlessly become ambassadors of the company’s impact<\/strong>.

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Community Fund Program<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The Community Fund program was introduced in 2026 to facilitate community activities<\/strong>. Any employee can submit a proposal for an activity they intend to initiate. Once approved, the initiator will support the program’s launch, primarily regarding budget and facilities. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

So far, we have organized 11 activities across three of our offices: Indonesia (5), Peru (4), and Denmark (2). In addition to the Dungeons & Dragons (D&D) sessions, we have organized sports events and crafting activities. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

And what makes it different from 24Club<\/a>? As mentioned above, the initiator would be a 24Slider instead of the company. The 24Club program is still running, but we now offer another experiential program that focuses more on community and is even more inclusive, as it can be open to people outside the company.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Vision<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Back to the Community Fund program, I find it quite interesting that now we can do more for communities while allowing employees to become ambassadors. Also, there are more aspects we can cover beyond education, as I shared in the other Storyteller<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to Bayu, our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Manager in Indonesia, this program was launched to support employee-led initiatives\u2014especially those that strengthen engagement, togetherness, and connection among colleagues. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cThis program is not an event managed directly by CSR or People Success (PS), but rather a form of support so that employees can turn their passion into inclusive activities and involve their colleagues\u201d,<\/em> he added.\u00a0<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

The program is still considered a pilot that will be reviewed. However, the responses and progress are positive so far. 24Slides wants to show that the investment in people, community, and belonging is still in motion \u2014 side by side with business performance and revenue. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cMoving forward, this program is expected to be a sustainable support mechanism to strengthen the local ownership and employee engagement in each office, as well as being proof that small activities that come from employees\u2019 passion could also create a meaningful impact for 24Slides\u2019 internal community,\u201d <\/em>Bayu concluded.\u00a0<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

I was also curious about other initiators\u2019 perspectives. Jose was one of the first 24Sliders to initiate an activity. He had an archery session joined by our colleagues in Peru<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cI think the main motivation behind the event was to foster stronger connections among my teammates,\u201d <\/em>\u00a0he explained. <\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

He also believes that choosing unique activities would make the experience more exciting and give us a great story to tell.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
