9 Days, 9 Hours, and Endless Team Energy

The mission for this year’s challenge was equal parts fun and motivating: complete 9 hours of physical activity over 9 days, that’s just one hour of intentional daily movement! Whether it was sunrise bike rides, lunchtime strolls with furry friends, evening dance breaks, or weekend group sports, every single minute spent moving brought us closer together.

Because design is in our DNA, the excitement kicked off long before the first workout! 24Sliders flexed their creative muscles by submitting original concept designs for this year’s official Global Challenge 2026 logo and T-shirt. Colleagues from all offices voted in a company-wide poll to choose the winning design, making every 24Slider wear their official T-shirt with pride throughout challenge week.

Throughout the 9 days, our Strava and WhatsApp groups were on fire with support! From sweaty post-workout selfies and virtual high-fives to cheerful banter across time zones, the shared encouragement kept everyone moving toward the finish line.

![""]("https://24slides.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2026/10/GLOBAL-CHALLENGE_Collage_1-1024x665.png")

What 24Sliders had to say:

“It’s nice to see so many people get engaged. Definitely something that brings us closer, despite different backgrounds, locations, and time zones.”

“Just like another year, proud to be involved in this initiative. Being active while making an impact on others.”

“I enjoyed seeing people from different countries participate and share their activities while contributing to a meaningful cause.”

High Energy, High Impact: The Numbers Behind the Energy

The energy during challenge week translated into some seriously happy feedback. When we ran our post-event survey, the results blew us away:

- 100% Positive Vibes: We recorded zero neutral or negative ratings! An amazing 87.0% of participants rated their overall experience as either Excellent or Very Good.

- Totally Doable: Participants gave it an average score of 8.5 out of 10 for manageability, proving that getting your daily movement in fits nicely alongside our day-to-day work.

- Ready to Do It Again: An incredible 98.2% of folks (scoring a whopping 4.9 out of 5) said they are ready to jump right back in for next year’s challenge!

Turning Everyday Movement into Real Social Impact

The true beating heart of the Global Challenge is the lasting impact created beyond the exercise itself. For every teammate who signed up, 24Slides pledged USD $20 on their behalf to support amazing non-profit organizations creating long-term, positive change in Peru and Indonesia.

This year, 226 dedicated participants joined forces, raising a total of USD $4,520 for our charity partners!

Here is how those sign-ups translate directly into hands-on support for young lives:

- ANIQUEM (Peru): Providing comprehensive, free medical and psychological rehabilitation for child and adolescent burn survivors. Every $20 sign-up directly covers crucial medical supplies and therapies, such as 3 jars of specialized moisturizing cream, 2 physical therapy sessions, or 2 occupational therapy sessions for young patients in recovery.

- YDSF – Yayasan Dana Sosial Al Falah (Indonesia): Empowering youth through the strategic Pena Bangsa Program in Malang. Contributions directly fund monthly school tuition (SPP), vital health supplements (such as blood-boosting supplements for growing students), character mentorship, and hands-on skill development workshops to help teens build brighter futures.

By linking everyday movement with purposeful giving, the 2026 Global Challenge transforms simple healthy habits into a force for sustainable social change. Getting active promotes long-term personal health and well-being. At the same time, supporting youth education and holistic health care helps break cycles of poverty, fosters inclusive development for young burn survivors, and empowers vulnerable communities with equal opportunities to thrive.

Moving Forward Together

Brought to life by our passionate CSR Partners, Impact Ambassadors, and organic employee initiatives across every location, this year’s challenge proved once again that distance is no barrier to shared values. From grassroots activities like local football and archery tournaments, town walks, and badminton games organized directly by colleagues, to team sessions like yoga and aerobics hosted by People Experience, every effort counted. Whether walking through the streets of Lima or cycling through Malang, each step reminded us that small individual actions add up to incredible collective impact.

To every single 24Slider who stretched, pedaled, ran, voted, or cheered on a teammate: thank you for bringing your heart, humor, and energy to Global Challenge 2026!

![""]("https://24slides.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2026/10/GLOBAL-CHALLENGE_Collage_3-1024x665.png")
