Submit your files & brief using our Order form, we guide you through the process.
Review and Revise
Right from our platform, you’ll be able to revise each slide by selecting specific areas and adding comments to them. All these revisions are free and handled in a matter of hours.

General

Are you working on the weekends?

Our team uses the weekend to re-charge, so no orders are processed Saturdays and Sundays.

Orders placed after 2 pm on Fridays will be delivered to you no later than 2 pm the following Monday.

How soon can I get my presentation?

We currently offer 24, 48 and 72hrs turnaround time on orders. By the end of our selected turnaround, we will deliver the 1st draft of the project to you.

We are not able to provide guaranteed rush delivery on projects with a shorter leadtime than 24hrs. We strive to meet any deadline - if we are able to deliver faster than 24hrs depends on our availability, the complexity and the number of slides in your order.

Can I contact the designers or someone directly?

Our team is available and ready to support you on Monday to Friday 3 AM CET - 10 PM CET.

You can book a meeting with us or just ask us to call you using the comment section on your order page. Please include a preferred time.

Can I work with the same designers every time I place an order?

Indeed you can. We offer several subscription options, these all include your own dedicated Project Manager and Design team.

Do you have an expert to build up and summarize content?

These services are provided only for English projects applying UK or US grammar.

In what languages can you work on content?

We are able to provide presentation design for any language as what we do is the presentation itself, not the content within it.

On English projects we are able to provide proofreading and editing, applying either UK or US grammar.

Payment

What payment methods are available?

You pay for the regular orders with credit card.

You can use a bank transfer to buy our credit packages, which are available from $950 — and where you will get $1000 credit. To pay for the order with credits, the package should be bought in advance. After we receive your payment we can start processing your order.

Do I need to pay in advance?

You pay once you approve your presentation. We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee policy. If we do not live up to that you do not have to pay.

Will you send me an invoice of my order?

The invoice is always available for every completed order. You can get it by clicking the invoice link that is shown on your Payment history in your account.
