This course helps beginners use AI tools like ChatGPT ethically and effectively. As a B-Corp company, it marks an exciting evolution in our mission to offer inclusive learning experiences that support personal and professional growth.

As a company that supports the UN Sustainable Development Goals, this new learning path promotes more equitable access to emerging technologies, helping learners unlock new career opportunities and improve their employability.
AI tools like ChatGPT are reshaping the way we work, think, and create. But for many, these tools still feel out of reach, too technical, too abstract, or simply intimidating. That’s why this course was built to help bridge the gap so more people can access and benefit from emerging technologies.
Building Responsible AI Skills
Launched in Indonesia between June 30th and July 14th, 2025, this course guides learners to use ChatGPT with confidence, ethics, and practical know-how.
Delivered in a hybrid format, the course combined flexible self-paced modules with a live 90-minute online session. The self-study modules introduced key concepts such as prompt writing, common use cases, and responsible AI use. This allowed learners to build a strong foundation at their own pace before engaging with the live online session.
The live online session brought these concepts to life through practical demos, real-time Q&A, and open discussions where participants could share concerns, experiences, and insights. By the end of the course, participants gained the knowledge to navigate AI tools like ChatGPT with responsibility and purpose, seeing them as support tools to enhance their work, not replace it.
This initiative not only fosters digital literacy and ethical awareness but also empowers individuals to adapt to a rapidly changing world. It’s a meaningful step toward making AI more inclusive and informed.

Real Impact, Real People: Learning AI for Everyday Life
By focusing on real-life use cases, from content writing and learning to organization and multilingual communication, this course showed how AI can make a real difference in participants’ day-to-day lives. They praised the engaging format, approachable instructors, and supportive learning environment that made complex tools like ChatGPT feel accessible and useful.
To complete the course, learners shared their ChatGPT prompts and a short reflection on how AI could support their daily work. They also joined a follow-up online session to exchange ideas. Everyone who took part received a certificate of completion, celebrating their effort, learning, and commitment to responsible AI use.
The results show how the right guidance can turn curiosity into confidence:
- +40% increase in confidence: Before the course, only 36% of participants rated their confidence in using AI tools like ChatGPT as “high” or “very high.” After the course, that number jumped to 76%.
- 94% rated the course as “relevant” or “very relevant” to their daily work.
- Average satisfaction score: 9.6 out of 10
From this course, I learned how AI, especially ChatGPT, can support various tasks and how AI can be massively helpful by responding and adapting based on human input. The instructors’ real-life experiences from different fields helped me see how AI can be applied in many areas. Overall, the course gave me a better understanding of how AI works and how to use it more effectively in everyday situations.
