Global Challenge 2025: Moving Together for Health, Connection, and Impact

Global Challenge 2026

For the fifth year in a row, the 24Slides Global Challenge reminded us of something simple yet powerful: when we move together, we can make a difference together. What began as a wellness initiative has truly become a global tradition — one that combines friendly competition, creativity, and a shared commitment to positive impact.

What started as a small internal experiment to help colleagues stay active during the pandemic years quickly grew into one of our most beloved global CSR traditions. Each year, the challenge evolved and grew until it became the Global Challenge as we know it today: an open invitation for all to, for one whole week, take an hour daily and get moving together for a good cause.

Through every iteration, one thing remained constant: the Global Challenge has always been about connection, well-being, and giving back to the communities we care about.

And, like previous years, 24Sliders’ spirit shone through!

A Week of Movement, Motivation, and Meaning

From September 22 to 28, 24Sliders across all offices laced up, stretched out, and got moving in the way that suited them best. Walks with pets, sunrise bike rides, after-work dance breaks, mindful stretching, weekend hikes—everything counted, as long as teammates stayed active for 7 hours over 7 days.

What mattered most wasn’t performance, but participation. And once again, the engagement was incredible: 238 colleagues, representing 82.7% of our global team, joined the challenge, a new milestone in collective involvement.

Moving for a Cause

And, of course, the Global Challenge wouldn’t be itself without giving back to the communities that surround us.

Participation in the Global Challenge is key, as for each person who signs up, 24Slides donates USD 20 on their behalf to two NGOs in Indonesia and Peru, to support the people making a positive impact in the world:

  • ANIQUEM is a Peruvian not-for-profit organization that provides free, comprehensive rehabilitation for children and adolescents from low-resource families recovering from severe burns.
  • Yayasan Peduli Kasih KNDJH cares for orphaned children and elderly people without family support in Indonesia, ensuring they have access to essential food, healthcare, and education.

As a company that pledges itself to the UN Sustainable Development Goals, supporting these types of organizations is key in order to further boost our impact and to move forward in our goal to help Design a Better Future.

By turning movement into meaningful impact, the Global Challenge 2025 raised a total of USD 4,760 for these two key purpose-driven organizations

Strengthening Bonds Across Borders

One of the core reasons why the Global Challenge has become a staple of 24Slides culture is that, as an international organisation, it gives 24Slides across the globe the chance to connect and interact with colleagues thousands of miles away.

The t-shirt design process is part of the fun: As a presentation design company with over 180 in-house experts, each year the Global Challenge gives them the chance to flex their design muscles and engage in a friendly competition to come up with this edition’s t-shirt look.

The excitement of the voting polls, the teamwork, and the pride of having colleagues wear something you design—that’s all part of the spirit of coming together that the Global Challenge promotes.

And, during the week of the Challenge, companionship was felt even more. Through Strava and WhatsApp, teammates tracked their progress, cheered each other on, and celebrated every milestone—big or small

Through local events, such as group walks, stretching sessions, and even an amateur volleyball competition, 24Slides donned their Global Challenge 2025 t-shirts and proved that a team that moves together, wins together.

A Tradition That Keeps Growing

Five editions later, the Global Challenge has become more than an annual wellness event. It’s a piece of our culture—a way of reminding ourselves that we’re connected, no matter the distance between us, and that meaningful impact can start with something as simple as moving your body.

To every 24Slider who took part: thank you for showing once again that our strength lies in our unity, our spirit, and our commitment to doing good.

Here’s to keeping the Global Challenge going on for many more years—one step, stretch, pedal, or dance move at a time. See you in 2026!
