The government in Indonesia has just announced a significant change to the national Eid holiday that, unfortunately, will affect our operations. Originally, the holiday was announced for May 2nd and May 3rd but recently changed to April 29th – May 6th.
For the first time since 2020, we are giving the chance to our colleagues to celebrate Eid with their families. As the majority of our operations are working out of Indonesia this means that we will operate with very limited capacity.
Eid Al-Fitr is the holiday following a whole month of fasting during Ramadan. It’s the most important holiday for the majority of our people. The biggest asset of 24Slides is our people and we believe that when we take care of them they will take care of our customers.
How it will affect you as a customer
- From April 29th until May 6th (both included) we will work with limited capacity so please check the order form to see which deadlines that are available.
- If you have any large work with a deadline between April 29 and May 6, we would advise you to contact your project manager directly so you can agree on a plan to have your project delivered before or after the holiday.
Please do not hesitate to reach out to our support or your customer success manager if you have any questions.
Even though this could cause an inconvenience short term for both you as a customer and us as a business, we are committed to always care for our people so that our decision is aligned with our purpose. We would like to thank you for your business and understanding.
Yours truly,
Tobias Schelle,
CEO
