In your company, each employee has a role and, for teamwork to be effective, it is important that they get to know each other’s responsibilities within their teams and across departments. The best way to communicate your company’s internal structure is with an organizational chart. Use this visual diagram, also known as organogram, to present team roles, reporting relationships, and how employees fit into the organization.
