Don’t be misled by its simplicity, Gantt Charts are actually one of the most powerful project planning tools out there! Projects involve a series of tasks or activities that should be planned carefully and executed on time to have successful results. Project managers know this very well and keep relying on this effective type of bar chart that lets you show tasks and time intervals in a single view.
