Before the project proposal, there is the Project Charter! When working on a project, getting everyone on the same page is a crucial part of the initiation phase. The Project Chart will help you define the main points of your project such as objectives, team and roles, milestones, and other specifications to delimit your initiative. This document will act as a source of information for project sponsors, key stakeholder, the project team, and everyone involved.
