Scrum is an agile way to manage projects. It is a framework within which people can address complex adaptive problems, while productively and creatively creating the highest value for their products. It will enable the effective team collaboration within the Scrum software development team and it will enhance the overall problem-solving process.
The circle made of arrows represents the actual flow of the Scrum Process. Each arrow along the circle shows a separate step and you can have as many arrows as there are steps. Usually, the Scrum Process steps are as follows: Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective, Update Product Backlog, Sprint Planning Meeting, Daily Cycle and Product Increment.
This Slide shows the overall Scrum Framework at a glance. The Process shows how inputs from customers are collected and how a product owner must prioritize the required features. After that, the team selects starting at the top as much as it can commit to delivering by end of Sprint. Then the task breakout follows and daily meetings are held for reviewing the sprint.
The Scrum meeting is held each day of a sprint and it called “daily scrum”. Usually, the meetings are held in the same time and the same location and are time-boxed to 15 minutes in order to keep the discussion brisk but relevant. This slide will enable you to better organize the meeting and to keep it as productive as possible.
