Keep your employee motivation high by recognizing their efforts and rewards the top performers. For those who are not working with the prospect of a commission, such awards can be a driving factor and help with improving performance. When an employee’s efforts are being recognised, it creates a positive feedback loop that is going to stimulate them to provide even more value in the upcoming projects. This slide deck offers you the tools needed to present objectively the measures by which the employees have performed and which categories they can continue to improve on. Outline which awards you are going to hand out, how the recipients are determined and what are the practices that your employees have been great at.
Firstly, present which awards you are going to hand out. The best team player, most sales, most support tickets solved, the cleanest person in the shared office kitchen. Whatever you think is an important metric for your employees, you can distinguish them from the rest by recognising their strengths and efforts.
How well has your team performed in each category overall? Showcase the performance in all areas and determine whether there is a need for a collective effort to improve in one specific category.
What makes a champion? A multitude of practices that come to work together in order to achieve a goal. Good communication skills and confidence make a great salesperson. Help your team learn from the best by indicating the building blocks of the champion’s performance.
