In 2024, our team in Peru organized the first two team-building events focused on recognition and strengthening team cohesion. These events filled us with excitement and open conversations—something essential for continuing to cultivate a supportive workplace for everyone.

Bringing Departments Together: Customer Support, Marketing, and People Success’ Team Building
Six years ago, our office in Peru started with four designers, and now there are 40 24Sliders from different departments—and counting!
For this first team-building activity, we brought together team members from the Customer Support, Marketing, and People Success departments. In total, 11 of our 24 Sliders participated.
The experience took place at Cieneguilla Country Club, about two hours outside the city of Lima. We relaxed a lot that day! We swam, challenged each other in a friendly volleyball tournament, and explored the club’s small zoo.
Along with delicious food, we cherished each other’s company, immersed ourselves in nature, and discovered new insights about ourselves. It was truly an experience we hope to repeat soon!

It’s Time to Have Some Fun: Our Design Department’s Team Building!
Some time later, our Design Department in Peru also organized its own team-building event.
Like the first event, this second team-building experience took place at a country club—this time at El Bosque. Fifteen designers joined for a fun-filled day featuring pool games, giant chess matches, and a lively volleyball tournament with several prizes.
Undoubtedly, this activity offered a refreshing break from work, and it was a meaningful opportunity to strengthen connections with our colleagues.

We wrapped up our last team-building day with an awards ceremony to recognize the Designers who stood out the most in 2024.
