At 24Slides, we are committed to creating a positive impact in our communities.
Through the remarkable efforts of our team in the 2023 Global Challenge, we were able to raise $4,000. This amount was allocated to support two NGOs: Ruang Belajar Aqil (RBA) in Indonesia and Nuevo Futuro in Peru.
Our Global Challenge initiative aims to boost the physical activity among our team through different challenges. For every team member’s participation, we pledge to donate $20 towards meaningful causes.

RBA: “Youth Power for Indonesia”
Ruang Belajar Aqil (RBA) is a non-profit organization committed to education and community empowerment for youth, including those with disabilities. Its methodology focuses on the positive talents of students to help them improve their quality of life.
Our commitment to RBA is to join efforts to enhance the quality and accessibility of education services, with particular emphasis on literacy and numeracy for early-age students and children.
The donations raised during our 2023 Global Challenge helped us achieve this goal, so RBA was able to purchase 400+ high-quality reading materials and 350+ workshop tools for the execution of the Mobile Literacy and Dissemination Program (Mobi.LiDi).
Various activities were conducted in elementary schools and community reading spaces within a radius of 80+ kilometers around the Malang region. Here are some programs held in the Mobi.LiDi Program:
– Gelar Baca (Reading Sessions with Children)
– Lokakarya (Workshop)
– Social & Science Fair and Festival
– Dissemination Program
– Institutional Enhancement (Schools, Community Reading Spaces, etc.)
Following our collaboration with RBA, we anticipate positively impacting over 1,300 children between 6 and 12 years old, representing 91.3% of beneficiaries, in the greater Malang region.
Nuevo Futuro: “Building homes for children in Peru”
Nuevo Futuro is an NGO dedicated to preventing and mitigating child abandonment in Peru through different projects. These include prevention initiatives, with talks and workshops for parents, and psychological and pedagogical support for children who are already in their foster homes.
Since 2022, we have been supporting Nuevo Futuro through donations and active participation in their volunteer programs. “El Rastrillo” was the last event we participated in, which aimed to raise funds for their foster homes (homes of babies and children between 0 and 12 years old).
Thanks to the collective effort and synergy of all 24Sliders, 18 children in Nuevo Futuro received essential support:
– Medicines, vitamins, and medical care.
– Physical therapies for children with disabilities.
– Scales and other relevant medical equipment.
A representative from Nuevo Futuro expressed gratitude for our contributions, a testimony that encourages us to keep collaborating:
“Thanks to the donation made by 24Slides, we can keep supporting one of the fundamental rights of babies and children: good health. This enables us to offer access to rehabilitation therapy and necessary equipment in order to ensure their integral development from an early age. These donations are critical for reducing the gap of unequal conditions faced by many babies and children, and thus, continue working for a happy childhood for all of them.”
