If you want to discuss a specific order, you choose the time slot available through the Calendly link. Your lead Project Manager is also available to discuss any non order related. You can email him/her to find the best time to talk.
No, that will not be necessary, as your dedicated Project Manager pool will have access to your guidelines and assets that you share with us.
There is no limit, however, the delivery date will depend on the available capacity, so if you need a big amount of slides urgently, please feel free to contact your Project Manager first to check the possibility for the timeline.
As a Pro subscriber, you can place one order per day with a maximum of 50 capacity points. You can use any combination of slide treatments, but the total must not exceed 50 capacity points. Your first draft will be returned within a maximum of 10 hours.
After submitting your order details, the option to choose a 10-hour turnaround will be accessible during the order flow. If the button is greyed out, it means that your order doesn't meet the 10-hour criteria or you've already used your daily capacity.
